Macroasia Corporation is seeking an AR Operations and Reconciliation Specialist to ensure accuracy of customer accounts and timely dispute resolution. You will perform high-volume reconciliations across multiple payment channels, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and lead process improvements from requirements to rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Accounts Receivable experience with stakeholder management.
• Strong experience in complex account reconciliation, cash application, and payment investigation across multiple payment channels.
• Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in defining detailed process improvement requirements with technology partners, UAT and implementation. Project implementation experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile high-volume transactions from various customer payment methods and platforms and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of customer accounts, bank transactions, and payment records.
• Analyze account variances and resolve discrepancies between daily collections and actual bank credits.
• Assist with account audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Ensure all incoming payments are properly recorded in customers ledgers and accounting systems.
• Investigate and ensure proper handling of payment exceptions, chargebacks, refunds, and disputed transactions.
• Coordinate with customers, technology partners and financial institutions to resolve payment-related issues.
• Respond promptly to customer payment inquiries, stakeholder issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve account issues across units.
• Identify trends and maintain a pipeline of improvements to billing, collection and reconciliation processes.
• Develop project timelines with all stakeholders and lead testing and implementation of system enhancements, bug fixes, including end-user training and change management.
• Prepare AR aging reports, collection status reports, reconciliation summaries.
• Deliver and report on performance against defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Keep AR Management process documentation updated.
• Prepare daily reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation.
