Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is seeking an AP/AR & Cash Applications Associate to manage end-to-end income allocation and keep customer ledgers accurate. You will post payments and reconcile daily cash, while investigating discrepancies to maintain data integrity.

The role requires 1–3 years in AR or Cash Applications, ERP experience (NetSuite/SAP/Oracle) and advanced MS Excel. Collaboration with finance teams and adherence to internal controls are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications.
• Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP or Oracle) and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong familiarity with payment ecosystems (Lockbox, ACH, Wire, Merchant Services).

Responsibilities

• Process and post payments (ACH, wires, cards, checks) to customer ledgers.
• Reconcile daily cash inflows with bank statements and ledgers.
• Research unapplied funds and resolve short-pay or overpayments.
• Collaborate with Credit and Collections to streamline Order-to-Cash.
• Maintain customer ledger lifecycle including refunds and adjustments.
• Support period-end close with reconciliations and AR reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures.
