Michael Page is partnering with a multinational logistics SSC in Pasig to hire an experienced operations leader. You will drive team performance and accountability while shaping the execution of complex financial operations and end-to-end service delivery.

Job Description

• Lead and Develop the Team: Provide clear direction, establish performance expectations, and develop team capabilities while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accurate and timely invoicing, job closure, and service delivery in accordance with established standards and customer requirements.
• Drive Process Excellence: Establish, maintain, and improve standardized operational processes to promote consistency, efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Manage Customers & Stakeholders: Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery, alignment with business priorities, and effective resolution of operational challenges.
• Manage Risks & Escalations: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage service escalations, coordinate issue resolution, and implement improvements that strengthen operational performance and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

• Relevant Industry Experience: Strong background in logistics, operations, financial operations, or related service-based functions, with a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Leadership & Performance Management: Proven experience leading and developing teams, achieving performance objectives, and building a culture focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Customer & Stakeholder Management: Strong communication, influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Ability to manage complex operational issues, handle escalations, identify and mitigate risks, and drive effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Process & Organizational Knowledge: Strong understanding of operational processes and systems, with the ability to standardize workflows, improve efficiency, and work effectively within a cross-functional or matrix organization.
