Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking an Accounting Associate to support daily accounting and financial operations, focusing on AR, GA/GL, or Treasury activities. Strong Excel skills, GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience are required.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with 1–3 years of relevant experience and are prepared to contribute to month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, General Accounting/GL, or Treasury; Real Estate/Property Management accounting is a plus.
• Knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting procedures; experience with QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables and lookup functions) with strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR, General Accounting/GL, and/or Treasury activities, including billing, transaction posting, cash monitoring, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Maintain complete accounting documentation and provide support for audits, tax compliance, and financial analysis.
