Job summary

Power Tractire Inc in the Philippines is seeking an on-site Junior Accountant with 1-3 years of experience to support AP/AR, billing, and general financial recordkeeping at our Caloocan Grace Park office. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, especially AP/AR and credit/collections.
• Experience in credit and collections; monitor receivables and overdue accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions).
• Knowledge of government compliance, permits, registrations, and tax-related transactions.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willing to work onsite in Grace Park, Caloocan City.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting audits and verify expenses for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Process, monitor, and reconcile AP and AR transactions.
• Handle credit and collection activities; monitor receivables and client follow-ups.
• Prepare billing statements, receipts, vouchers, and journal entries.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents.
• Process government payments, permits, renewals, registrations; ensure statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with government agencies for tax filings and permits.
• Assist during audits by preparing documents and schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash disbursements.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and documented.
• Support Finance department in accounting and admin tasks.
