Zuellig Pharma, a leading healthcare solutions company in Asia, seeks a Finance Assistant (AR Processor) in the Philippines. You will handle posting of incoming payments, trade AR collections, and adjustments in SAP, ensuring timely remittances and proper filing of AR documents.

The role requires diligence, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.

Qualificações

• Must possess basic knowledge of Accounting entries.
• Familiarity with Philippine taxation (Withholding Tax).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Post Incoming Payments — Trade AR Collections.
• Post collections from assigned customers and ABCs.
• Process payment deductions and adjustments in SAP.
• Maintain proper filing of AR documents and PCM requests.
• Coordinate with AR team and other departments for end-to-end collections.
