Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage national and territorial customer accounts within the Greater Manila Area.
Monitor and analyze customer accounts to identify outstanding balances and credit risks.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer communications.
Ensure timely collection and reconciliation of accounts to support serviceability.
Post customer payments in SAP and prepare AR aging reports.
Attend customer meetings and resolve account concerns.
Process account adjustments and investigate discrepancies.
