Unicharm (Philippines) Corp. in Makati City is seeking an Accounting Supervisor – AR Specialists to lead the Accounts Receivable and credit control functions.

You will ensure accurate billing, effective collections, and timely month-end closing while collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes overseeing AR processes, ageing analysis, risk management, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant AR, Credit and Collection, or General Accounting experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, credit and collection practices, and month-end closing.
• Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable process including billing, collections, and cash applications.
• Monitor AR balances and ageing reports; ensure timely follow-up.
• Analyze overdue accounts and mitigate credit risks.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare AR ageing, collection performance, and credit exposure reports.
• Assist month-end closing activities and AR reconciliations.
