Job summary

ALL YEAR HOME PRODUCTS INC in Metro Manila seeks an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee the company’s receivables, ensure transactions are authorized and booked in line with management rules and GAAP, and provide timely information for decision making.

The role involves monitoring invoicing, preparing credit memos, managing collections, reconciling AR with customer payments, and preparing aging reports and AR summaries for management meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and credit control processes.
• Ability to provide timely account information for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of timely and accurate invoicing.
• Prepares, records and files Credit Memo.
• Recording and application of collection, management of outstanding invoices and direct interfacing with customers on collection matters.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable with the customer payment and provide statement for any discrepancies and due account.
• Prepares weekly schedule of Accounts Receivable Aging
• Prepares Consolidated Accounts Receivable report for Manager’s meeting and highlight customers that needs monitoring of account
• Monthly submission of Sales Output VAT summary per customer and semi-annual reconciliation
• Records and files quarterly EWT Alphalist
