Ideal candidates have 1+ year in B2B collections, strong Excel skills, and good English communication.

Qualifications

1+ year experience in B2B collections from corporate customers.
Good working knowledge of Accounts Receivables (AR).
Knowledge of various collection techniques is an advantage.
Ability to manage volume of accounts and work independently.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Good relationship-building skills and should be a Team Player.
Proficient in using MS Excel.
Good communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
Willing to work on a Night shift schedule.
Onsite or hybrid work setups in Quezon City (Eastwood or UP Ayala Technohub).

Responsibilities

Manage assigned AR portfolio.
Perform collection tasks based on prescribed Collection tactics in the system/tool.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
Do reconciliation of accounts or research on disputed AR.
Coordinate resolution of customer disputes.
Prepare or update Desktop Procedures (DTP)
