AR & Collections Analyst — Drive Cash Flow

Job summary

IntouchCX in Metro Manila seeks an AR/Collections Analyst to support the Finance team. You will manage accounts receivable, apply payments and credits to invoices, and pursue overdue balances to maintain healthy cash flow.

You'll collaborate with Sales, CX and Operations to resolve billing issues, perform reconciliations, and contribute to cash flow forecasting. Strong Excel and ERP experience are preferred, along with high integrity and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, nested formulas, data modeling) and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules and subledger reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial accounting processes and order-to-cash workflows.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage AR portfolio to ensure timely payments and reduce DSO.
• Follow up with client AP teams and contacts regarding past-due accounts and overdue balances.
• Perform account reconciliations and monitor aging reports for accuracy.
