Job summary

Dover Business Services (DBS) is a global shared services provider supporting Dover Corporation. DBS handles accounting and finance transactional services with centers in Cebu, Philippines; Suzhou, China; and Bucharest, Romania, delivering efficiency and accuracy across OpCos.

We seek a detail-oriented professional to perform customer verification and collections, monitor ServiceNow tickets, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve disputes while maintaining strict SLA adherence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Accounting Technology or related field.
2–3 years' experience in collection or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SharePoint a plus.
Experience in Oracle, SAP and other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Perform customer account verification, research, issue resolution and collection activities (email and outbound calls).
Reach out to sales teams and counterparts to resolve customer disputes.
Monitor and track ServiceNow tickets assigned to the team.
Assist with payment posting and re-routing incorrect payments; coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Shipping.
