Levi Strauss & Co. Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Claims Analyst to manage customer claims within AR, investigate invoice-level details, gather supporting proof, and drive timely payback resolutions. You will partner with Sales, Finance and Operations to safeguard cash flow.

The role requires 5+ years in AR/collections, SAP ERP proficiency, and advanced Excel skills, with experience in a multinational setting handling cross-border data compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable, claims, or collections.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF statements).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in multinational organizations with cross-border data compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate claims and deductions raised by customers.
• Investigate invoice-level details using SAP ERP to identify discrepancies.
• Gather proofs to support claims and payback requests (BOL/POD, emails, etc.).
• Raise and track queries in portals; ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports on claims status and KPIs.
