Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage receivables for GT customers, ensuring timely postings and accurate documentation. The role requires handling credits, memos, and claims with precision in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA and a degree in accounting, with 2–3 years in AR. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, and SAP knowledge is a strong plus. FMCG experience is advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA is required.
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar AR role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• FMCG experience is a plus.
• Able to work under stress and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Official Receipts timely for all collections.
• Monitor AR balances for GT customers and ensure payments are received by due date; send reminders.
• Prepare Credit Memos for discrepancies between Sales Order and Invoice.
• Review and validate customer claims with required supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Sales team on issues with customer claims; inform Sales Controller as needed.
• Issue and track Credit Memos for approved claims; ensure alignment with Promo Work Plan.
