Responsibilities

• Follow up AR collection via phone and email.
• Review AR aging and daily collection reports.
• Provide daily status updates on accounts handled.
• Reconcile discrepancies related to collections.
• Post payments in SAP and ensure accuracy of billing data.
• Review invoices for completeness and resolve billing issues.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance for billing approvals.
• Respond to client billing inquiries and assist as needed.
