Job summary

Vestas Philippines, part of the Global Finance Shared Service Centre, seeks a seasoned Accounts Receivable professional to act as SME for AR Billing. You will ensure timely invoicing, resolve billing discrepancies, and lead process improvements and automation initiatives.

The role requires 4+ years in AR, experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/AR, and strong English communication. Willingness to work shifts and holidays is essential as part of a global SSC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business field.
• Minimum 4 years of Accounts Receivable experience with global AR billing processes.
• Direct experience in SAP S/4HANA (FI/AR) and knowledge of SAP GRC.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and first-level escalation point for AR billing-related issues.
• Ensure timely, accurate billing and invoice distribution per terms and policies.
• Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies including pricing and master data errors.
• Oversee non-standard AR billing processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
