The role acts as a bridge between Finance, Collections, Operations, clients, and third-party partners. The ideal candidate will investigate account discrepancies, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive resolutions while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex AR issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with reconciliation, billing disputes, and collections support.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR escalations mailbox and be the main contact for complex billing disputes.
• Investigate discrepancies through detailed reconciliations and root-cause analysis.
• Research billing history to determine resolutions and communicate with B2B clients.
• Coordinate with Collections, Operations, clients, and third-party partners to resolve issues.
