eClerx LLC is looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support the AR Billing Escalations Team in Muntinlupa City, Alabang. This role focuses on high-level escalation management, dispute resolution, and strong collaboration with both internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in AR/billing or related field.
• College graduate with understanding of billing processes.
• Shift: US time zone readiness and hybrid workplace requirements.

Responsabilités

• High-Level Escalation & Dispute Management: handle escalations, resolve billing disputes with customers and stakeholders.
• Internal Support & Documentation: manage tickets, provide invoices, SOAs and proofs for collections.
• Pre-Collection Validation: verify accounts for third-party transfer and reflect status in systems.
• Third-Party Agency Coordination: interface with agencies, verify disputes and data accuracy.
• Special Projects & National Accounts: support reconciliation and process improvements.
