MicroSourcing seeks an AR/AP Officer to manage end-to-end accounts receivable and payable tasks in a hybrid work setup at Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines. The role covers invoicing, payments, ledger maintenance, and credit checks across customers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will handle daily cash flow, month-end closing, and respond to billing inquiries, while supporting the Accounts Team Leader in financial controls and reconciliations.

Qualificações

• Accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Billing/invoice queries handling.
• Set up and maintenance of customers and suppliers in systems.

Responsabilidades

• Accurate and timely processing of all aspects of the accounts receivable function.
• Ensure all invoices and backups are sent or uploaded each week.
• Act as the first point of contact for all billing/invoice queries.
• Facilitate invoice alteration / credit note process.
• Manage client purchase orders.
• Perform daily receipting of customer receipts.
• Manage the setup and maintenance of customers in all systems including credit checks and regular reviews.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices outside of trading terms.
• Ensure customer and vendor ledgers are reconciled and maintained.
• Accurate and timely processing of all aspects of the accounts payable function.
• Ensure all AP invoices are authorized, processed, and paid with trading terms.
• Manage the setup and maintenance of suppliers in all systems including regular review.
• Maintain and update daily cash-flow forecast/s.
• Process bank reconciliations in the finance system.
• Create all payments on the online banking platform ready for authorization where possible.
• Reconcile AP & AR related GL accounts monthly.
• Perform month-end processes as allocated by the Accounts Team Leader or Group Financial Controller.
• Reasonable ad hoc tasks as directed.

Your Role

The AR/AP Officer is accountable for:
