Job summary

Vestas Global Finance Shared Service Centre in Manila is seeking an Accountant to provide standardized, rule-based Accounts Receivable services for the region. You will collaborate with Regional Finance and other SSC teams to ensure timely, accurate billing and cash application in line with deadlines.

The role requires at least 2 years in Order to Cash, SAP experience, strong English communication, and a hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related finance field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Order to Cash; Sales Order & Cash Application.
• SAP knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong English communication; able to work onsite three days per week in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate sales order creation and cash application; support month-end close.
• Meet assigned transaction volumes to support throughput and SLA targets.
• Implement and execute Global Allocation across Sales Order and Cash Application.
• Monitor AR aging; follow up on overdue accounts and send dunning reminders.
• Prepare management reports on collection performance and unpaid balances.
• Support process improvements and compliance with SAP GRC controls.
