Knauf Philippines seeks a driven Specification Sales & Product Manager to lead the growth of AQUAPANEL systems. You will develop markets, manage specifications, and convert opportunities into measurable business results.

With strong façade system experience, you will coordinate with regional teams, engage architects and contractors, and drive design support, pricing, and project execution from design to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years in business development, specification sales, or product management in building materials or façade systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to expand AQUAPANEL market share in façade, rooftop, internal wet area, and modular construction.
• Drive specifications with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers; provide design support and CPD sessions.
• Manage product positioning, pricing, and local strategy; track progress and report pipeline value.
