Hoc Po Feeds Corporation is seeking an Aqua Sales Associate to drive sales growth and provide technical support to fish farmers and partners. The role will manage relationships, implement market development strategies, and work across departments to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of field sales experience in aquaculture and solid knowledge of farming practices. Willingness to conduct extensive fieldwork in the Pangasinan region is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in fisheries, aquaculture, marine biology or related field.
• 1–2 years in field sales or aquaculture ops.
• Strong knowledge of aquaculture practices.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Hoc Po Feeds Corporationis looking for a dynamic and results-driven Aqua Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Work Location:Isabela, Pampanga, Bulacan, Pangasinan, Zambales

Position Overview

The Aqua Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales growth, providing technical support to customers, implementing market development strategies, managing collections, and converting prospective customers into long-term business partners. The role serves as the primary link between the Company and fish farm operators, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with fish farmers, distributors, and other key customers
• Execute sales and market penetration strategies within the assigned territory
• Conduct regular farm visits and provide technical recommendations on aquaculture feeding programs and farm management practices
• Promote and sell Hoc Po Feeds aqua feed products and services
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospective customers into active accounts
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements
• Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable and assist in credit monitoring
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence reports
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns and requirements
• Participate in product demonstrations, technical seminars, and customer engagement activities

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Biology, or any related course
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in field sales, aquaculture operations, or related industry
• Strong knowledge of aquaculture production and fish farming practices
• Possesses both technical and sales competencies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Results-oriented with strong business development capabilities
• Willing to do extensive fieldwork within the assigned territory
• Preferably with a valid driver's license and driving skills
