Job summary

Hoc Po Feeds Corporation is seeking an Aqua Sales Associate to drive sales growth and provide technical support to fish farmers and partners. The role will manage relationships, implement market development strategies, and work across departments to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of field sales experience in aquaculture and solid knowledge of farming practices. Willingness to conduct extensive fieldwork in the Pangasinan region is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in fisheries, aquaculture, marine biology or related field.
• 1–2 years in field sales or aquaculture ops.
• Strong knowledge of aquaculture practices.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with fish farmers, distributors, and customers.
• Execute sales and market strategies within the assigned territory.
• Provide technical recommendations on feeding programs and farm practices.
• Promote Hoc Po Feeds aqua feed products and services.
• Forecast sales and report market trends and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely collections and assist in credit monitoring.
