Hoc Po Feeds Corporation is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Company Nurse to join our growing team.

Work Location: Bulacan

Position Overview

The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and wellness of employees by providing first aid treatment, coordinating medical services, implementing occupational health programs, and ensuring compliance with government health and safety regulations. The role also supports the Company's commitment to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment and immediate medical assistance to employees during work hours
• Assess employee health concerns and recommend appropriate medical intervention when necessary
• Monitor and maintain employees' medical records while ensuring confidentiality
• Administer prescribed medications and provide basic healthcare services within company guidelines
• Coordinate Annual Physical Examinations (APE), pre-employment medical examinations, and other company medical programs
• Monitor sick leaves, work-related illnesses, and employee medical clearances
• Maintain the inventory of medicines, medical supplies, and first aid equipment
• Coordinate with accredited clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and other applicable health regulations
• Assist in implementing health and wellness programs, vaccination drives, and health awareness activities
• Prepare health-related reports and documentation required by management and government agencies
• Participate in safety inspections, emergency response activities, and company health initiatives

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Must be a Registered Nurse (PRC Licensed)
• With at least one (1) year of experience as a Company Nurse, Occupational Health Nurse, or in a related healthcare setting
• Completed Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and First Aid Training is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety standards, employee health management, and medical documentation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information
• Willing to work onsite
