Job Summary

The Appraiser is responsible for conducting physical inspections, verifications, and valuation assessments for properties. Operating within the Credit Investigation and Appraisal Division (CIAD), this role reports directly to the Appraisal Department Head and prepares accurate, timely appraisal reports.

How Will You Contribute

• Property Valuation & Inspection: Inspect collateral assets, establish exact property locations using approved lot plans, conduct title verifications, gather market data on comparable properties, and assign appropriate appraisal values.
• Report Preparation & Status Tracking: Draft detailed appraisal reports for approving authorities and prepare periodic status reports on assigned appraisal requests.
• External Government & Agency Research: Coordinate with external bodies such as the Registry of Deeds, Assessor's Office, LRA, Bureau of Lands, HLURB, LTO/LTFRB, MARINA, CAAP, and Realty Boards to verify land titles, lot plans, licenses, and market data.
