Job summary

RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation is seeking a skilled Appraiser to conduct property inspections, valuations, and reports within the CIAD. You will verify titles, gather market data, and prepare appraisal reports for approval authorities.

The role requires a civil/real estate background, licensure progress, and at least two years of property appraisal experience in finance or real estate sectors. Collaboration with regulatory bodies is a key aspect of the job.

Qualifications

• A college degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate Management.
• Must be a licensed appraiser or working towards licensure.
• At least 2 years of experience in property appraisal within the banking, financial, or real estate sector.
• In-depth understanding of appraisal methodologies and basic property laws.

Responsibilities

• Inspect collateral assets and verify titles; gather market data and assign appraisal values.
• Draft detailed appraisal reports for approving authorities.
• Coordinate with external government & agency bodies to verify land titles, plans, licenses, and market data.
