Job summary

C Coconut. in the Philippines is seeking an Appointment Setter / SDR to connect founders and businesses with top-tier remote talent. You will use outbound calls and CRM tools to book qualified meetings and support the sales team.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a 9:00-5:00 PM MST window. Strong English, CRM experience, and B2B sales familiarity (Apollo/Zoho) are preferred to help refine scripts and drive results.

• Outbound cold calling from existing lead lists.
• Set appointments for closers to run presentations and close new clients.
• Work from leads already being scraped and loaded into their CRM.
• Potentially support lead generation and data scraping if needed.
• Use existing scripts/processes and help refine them over time.

Requirements

Experience Needed

• B2B sales background over direct-to-consumer sales
• Apollo familiarity
• Zoho familiarity
• Solar industry background, with the caveat that installer-facing experience is more relevant than homeowner solar sales

Non-negotiable Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• CRM experience
• B2B sales experience preferred strongly enough to screen for it in sourcing
