To be eligible, you must:
Successfully complete the ASE Reinvention Training
Pass the post-training assessment
Achieve a P2 or higher proficiency rating
Accept and sign a job offer
Onboard as an ASE within 60 days from training completion
This role encompasses two career paths: Application Development and IT Operations Associate.
In Application Development, you will program, design and maintain software applications, support analysis and implementation of technology solutions based on client requirements, and identify and solve system issues.
In IT Operations Associate, you will administer and maintain clients' IT systems infrastructure including servers, databases, network, and Cloud, develop and maintain knowledge of tools and service management procedures necessary to run IT operations, support incident identification, prioritization, and resolution activities, and participate in automation and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Program, design and maintain software applications
Support analysis and implementation of technology solutions based on client requirements
Identify and solve system issues
Administer and maintain clients' IT systems infrastructure, including servers, databases, network, and Cloud
Develop and maintain knowledge of tools and service management procedures necessary to run IT operations
Support incident identification, prioritization, and resolution activities
Participate in automation and other continuous improvement initiatives
Graduate of Computer Science, Software Development or any programming-related course (Application Development)
Graduate of Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other IT-related course (IT Operations Associate)
Knowledgeable about any of the following programming languages: Java, C, C++, C#, .Net, UNIX Shell Scripting, Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP and Salesforce
Interest and knowledge in IT systems, servers, network, Cloud and database support and administration work
Must possess appropriate visas and/or work permits required to live and work in the country the job is based
