Qualifications

Graduates in Computer Science, Software Development or related programming fields for Application Development.
Graduates in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS or IT-related fields for IT Operations Associate.

Responsibilities

Program, design and maintain software applications.
Support analysis and implementation of technology solutions.
Identify and solve system issues.
Administer and maintain IT systems infrastructure including servers, databases, network, and Cloud.
Develop and maintain knowledge of tools and service management procedures for IT operations.
Support incident identification, prioritization and resolution.
Participate in automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
