Qualifications

• Graduate of Computer Science, Software Development or any programming-related course (Application Development).
• Graduate of Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT-related course (IT Operations Associate).
• Knowledgeable about Java, C, C++, C#, .Net, UNIX Shell Scripting, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and Salesforce.
• Interest and knowledge in IT systems, servers, network, Cloud and database support.

Responsibilities

• Program, design and maintain software applications.
• Support analysis and implementation of technology solutions based on client requirements.
• Identify and solve system issues.
• Administer and maintain clients' IT systems infrastructure including servers, databases, network and Cloud.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of tools and service management procedures for IT operations.
• Support incident identification, prioritization, and resolution activities.
• Participate in automation and other continuous improvement initiatives.
