Job summary

Maneuver Marketing is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist (AppLovin) to build and scale a scalable customer acquisition channel for our DTC supplements brand.

You’ll own the creative strategy for AppLovin across multiple SKUs, testing, learning, and translating insights into repeatable systems that drive profitable growth. You’ll work with Growth & Creative teams to develop performance-driven concepts and influence campaign decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DTC performance creative, growth-focused advertising.
• Strong experience developing ad concepts for paid acquisition.
• Deep familiarity with creative testing methodologies and hooks.

Responsibilities

• Build the AppLovin Creative Playbook and testing framework.
• Conduct in-depth performance creative research and hypothesis testing.
• Execute a strategic testing process across concepts, hooks, and formats.
• Influence media buying decisions with creative performance insights.
• Create direct-response ad concepts that drive acquisition.
• Apply learnings across multiple SKUs and offers.
• Identify conversion bottlenecks and optimize creative strategy.
