Job summary

Maneuver Marketing is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist (AppLovin) to lead our creative strategy for paid acquisition. You’ll shape testing frameworks, build repeatable systems, and collaborate with Growth & Creative teams to improve click-through and conversion across multiple SKUs.

You will drive profitable growth by translating learnings into scalable plays that elevate our DTC supplements brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DTC performance creative, creative strategy, or growth-focused advertising.
• Experience developing ad concepts for paid channels and testing methodologies.
• Ability to think strategically across multiple SKUs and offers.

Responsibilities

• Build the AppLovin creative playbook establishing testing principles and performance patterns.
• Conduct in-depth performance creative research on hooks, formats, and messaging.
• Execute a structured testing roadmap across concepts, hooks, angles, offers, formats, and messaging variations.
• Influence media buying decisions based on creative performance and testing insights.
• Create direct response ad concepts that attract attention and drive action.
• Work across multiple SKUs and adapt concepts to different products and audiences.
