Application Support Officer

In this role, you will be key in maintaining application health, troubleshooting complex software issues, and providing top-tier technical support to both internal departments and web-based clients. Key Responsibilities & Contributions

• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose, analyze root causes, and resolve complex application errors efficiently.

• Front-End & Client Support: Provide exceptional front-end technical support to internal teams and external web-based clients.

• System Maintenance & Knowledge: Maintain working knowledge of SQL databases, data transformation processes, network configurations, and infrastructure (both cloud and on-premises).

• Continuous Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in application design to drive continuous improvement in support practices.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical/application support.

• Technical Stack:

  • Working knowledge of SQL databases, data transformation, network configurations, OS, and cloud/on-premise infrastructure.

  • Advanced proficiency/knowledge in programming languages and frameworks such as Java, .NET, ReactJS, JavaScript, Kotlin, Swift, or Flutter.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving mindset and client-centric approach.
