Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an Application Specialist (Core Apps) to support and optimize core business applications in a hybrid setup at BGC, Taguig. The role requires strong SQL skills, MSSQL expertise, and experience in application support and release/deployment management.

The candidate will help transition features to production and drive continuous improvement in service operations. The position follows a hybrid model (3x onsite per week) with shifting schedules Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL is critical for this role.
• MSSQL is required for this role.
• Ability to write complex queries.
• Background experience in Application Support, Troubleshooting.
• Experience in Release, Incident, and Deployment Management.
• Experience in Jira, ITIL, and job scheduling such as Control-M.
