• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, SQL).
• Familiarity with CAD tools or software development environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud services (for software-focused roles).

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert to assist sales and customers in understanding product features and functionalities.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Customize solutions to fit client needs, often involving configuration or minor development.
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to develop or improve applications.
• Translate customer needs into functional technical specifications.
• Work directly with clients to define problems and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide technical training and support to customers or internal teams.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to product development teams.
• Plan and coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, sales, support).
• Document project specifications, design documents, and test plans.
• Integrate software or hardware into client environments.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and perform root-cause analyses.
