Job summary

Questronix Corporation is seeking an Application Support Engineer in the Philippines to maintain and upgrade software, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security and stability. You will assist with new feature development, coordinate with developers and users, and perform data backups and recovery.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar position, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and knowledge of AES.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software applications, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Application Support Engineer.
