Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert to assist sales and customers in understanding product features and functionalities.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.

• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to develop new applications or improve existing ones.
• Translate customer needs into functional technical specifications.
• Work directly with clients to define problems, clarify requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.

• Manage or contribute to project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
