About the role
You will act as a frontline IT support specialist and process organizer, helping users fix daily tech issues while keeping the company's IT operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Fix basic tech issues (L1 Support): Help users solve basic everyday computer problems, answer questions, and build FAQs for common fixes
- Organize support tickets: Monitor the central IT email inbox, log incoming tech requests, categorize them, and assign them to the right team
- Improve processes: Update and clean up IT guides, manuals, and workflows to make the team more efficient
- Send updates: Keep employees and managers informed about system maintenance, unexpected downtime, or new software launches
- Reports & security audits: Create monthly performance reports and regularly check who has access to which internal systems
About you
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, business analysis, or system maintenance
