Job summary

SID Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Project Manager to lead digital banking initiatives from concept to launch. You will own project scope, manage timelines, and ensure delivery within budget.

You will proactively identify process gaps, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder communication are essential, with familiarity of BSP regulations a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT project management experience in digital banking/financial services.
• Experience delivering projects with limited tools/resources.
• Mastery of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and risk mitigation.
• Familiarity with BSP regulations in the Philippines is a plus.
