Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, with a track record in digital banking or financial services.
• Experience delivering projects with limited or incomplete tools/resources.

Responsibilities

• Adaptable Project Ownership & Delivery: own digital banking projects from ideation to launch, defining scope and goals.
• Continuous Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies, partner with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Proactive Risk Management: identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Budget and Resource Management: manage budgets and allocate resources within constraints.
• Team Leadership & Guidance: lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones with clear direction.
• Logical Problem-Solving: apply data-informed decisions under pressure.
• Stakeholder & Customer-Centric Communication: maintain transparent updates with stakeholders.
