Job summary

GCash, the Philippines’ leading fintech platform, seeks a growth and monetization lead to drive profitable initiatives within the transit ecosystem. You will spearhead growth projects, build robust business cases, and align product backlogs with profitability goals.

Collaborating with tech, design, finance and marketing teams, you will establish KPIs, leverage data-driven insights, and ensure timely delivery of high-value launches and solutions aligned with commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills.
• Proven ability in project management, relationship building and stakeholder management across cross-functional groups.
• Deep entrepreneurial mindset and problem solving, specializing in growth hacking and revenue optimization.
• Expertise in developing and defending compelling business cases and monitoring key impact metrics (KPIs).
• Strong understanding and implementation of value innovation, design thinking, lean canvas and agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute creative, high-impact market opportunities within the transit ecosystem to drive profitability.
• Spearhead growth hacking initiatives and product development collaborations with cross-functional verticals to unlock new revenue streams from the transit user base.
• Develop robust business cases for monetization initiatives and oversee alignment of product backlog and development efforts with projected value proposition and profitability.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse cross-functional teams, including tech, design, finance, governance and marketing, leveraging good relationship building skills to ensure successful product development.
• Establish KPIs and regularly track and monitor the impact of each growth initiative, using data-driven insights to iterate and drive improvements.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of high-value product launches and solutions according to commercial objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with Transit AFCS industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
