• 0–2 years of experience in Application Support.
• Strong SQL and Linux skills for database queries and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud and Windows servers.
• Experience with ticketing systems (FreshService or Salesforce).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, Elastic).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze issues and provide timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex issues and p1 outage tickets in a timely manner.
• Investigate application and server logs to identify root causes.
• Review database tables and perform required data checks.
• Create knowledge documents and conduct knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with other teams and vendors on incident resolution.
• Elevate critical tickets to L3 and prepare documentation for escalation.
• Support setup and configuration changes for testing activities.
• Monitor new tickets and acknowledge within SLA.
