Job summary

AudioCodes seeks an experienced Voice AI SME to drive commercial growth across APAC, including Southeast Asia, Japan, and Hong Kong. You will own the end-to-end validation journey from discovery to pilots and commercial closure, balancing technical credibility with strategic sales leadership.

You will identify new enterprise opportunities, engage with partners, and translate CX challenges into compelling Voice AI use cases while traveling up to 30% of the time across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SME/sales solution architect role.
• Proven Voice Conversational AI and telecom (VoIP) experience.
• Experience selling real-time communication solutions to contact centers.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders from tech to business ROI.
• Proven experience with technology partners and multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel ~30% across APAC.
• Experience with large partners and large contact centers is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical qualification, discovery, and solution design for Voice AI and CX Automation opportunities across the region.
• Scope, build, and independently execute customer demos, POCs, and pilots with clear success criteria.
• Partner with regional Sales Leads to develop new enterprise opportunities and convert pipeline to bookings.
• Identify and develop relevant Voice AI use cases based on customer needs and CX requirements.
• Capture metrics to build compelling ROI and business cases for customers.
• Own responses to technical RFPs/RFIs and lead integration discussions with customers/partners.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers and regional partners; enable partners through training and joint engagements.
• Maintain knowledge of Voice AI, Contact Center, and CX Automation markets.
