Job summary

AI Rudder, a conversational AI company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across the APAC region. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and help scale our fast-growing AI business from the Makati office.

The role requires at least 3 years in recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and fluency in English (Mandarin a plus). You will manage candidate experience, coordinate interviews, and contribute to employer branding with a global team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience in Tech, SaaS, AI.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing skills via LinkedIn and online channels.
• Good understanding of the APAC talent market.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willing to work from the RCBC Makati office, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals.
• Build candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with teams.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Track progress and report hiring data.
• Share market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Suggest process improvements to raise efficiency.
