Job summary

Fortive is seeking a highly organized Total Rewards & Benefits Specialist, APAC, to join HR Shared Services. You will manage and administer compensation, benefits, and LOA for the APAC region, ensuring data integrity and policy compliance.

You will collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders, handle onboarding/offboarding data, and resolve data discrepancies across HRIS and reporting tools. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or related field.
• 5+ years in HR Shared Services focusing on total rewards.
• Knowledge of total rewards principles, systems, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of total rewards programs including compensation and benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee data and onboarding/offboarding.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for benefits and payroll inputs.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies across HRIS and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with laws and Fortive policies.
