Power Integrations is seeking a Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across APAC, partnering with hiring managers and leaders on technical roles. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, strategy, stakeholder partnership, and hiring outcomes across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in technical recruiting, strong consulting skills, and deep market insights to influence decisions and build proactive talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions.
• Experience supporting multiple countries and geographic markets within APAC.
• Demonstrated success managing complex and difficult-to-fill searches.
• Proven experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting activities across the APAC region, supporting hiring managers and leadership teams in multiple countries.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding market conditions, hiring strategies, candidate availability, compensation trends, and talent landscape insights.
• Drive consistency and excellence in recruiting processes across the region.
• Maintain ownership and accountability for requisition management, candidate pipelines, interview coordination, offer management, and hiring outcomes.
