Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Makati City seeks an Account Management Director to oversee the department responsible for delivering client commitments and coordinating staff and operations to support organizational goals.

You will supervise staff, manage multiple clients, lead project processes, and align service delivery with contract specifics, while modeling CBRE RISE values and guiding teams through complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
• Interact and consult with clients to understand business needs. Coordinate the resources needed to service projects, build strategic operational plans, and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of work.
• Manage several clients simultaneously, while serving as a point of contact for systems and processes for new and current projects.
• Oversee the management of sales and relationships with key customers. Ensure proper services and enhancements are being carried out. Troubleshoot and solve conflicts.
• Direct the project process. This includes developing project plans, creating a project team, and managing timeframes and performance.
