Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to help establish our APAC TA Hub and support recruitment across the region, collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers and HR teams.

You will coordinate interviews across countries, manage candidate records in Workday, improve workflows, and ensure timely updates and clear communication in English and Mandarin/Cantonese where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 5+ years in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR operations or shared services.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese with strong business communication.
• Ability to read and prepare Chinese recruitment communications for assigned markets.
• Experience coordinating recruitment activities across multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Practical experience with an applicant tracking system or HR information system.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Discretion and care when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Keep requisition workflows moving from completeness checks to postings, updates and closures.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment stages in Workday and approved systems.
• Coordinate interviews across countries and arrange panels, virtual meetings and instructions.
• Keep candidates and interviewers informed about schedules and next steps.
• Follow up on interview feedback and pending actions to maintain momentum.
• Resolve scheduling challenges and involve partners when needed.
• Ensure data integrity and timely operational reporting.
• Contribute to process mapping, knowledge transfer and country onboarding.
