Collins Aerospace is expanding its APAC Talent Acquisition Hub and seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist. You will coordinate interview processes, improve workflows, and ensure smooth recruitment across countries.

Strong language skills in English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese are essential to support multiple markets. You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to keep hiring moving, manage calendars, and provide clear candidate communications.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR operations or shared services.

Mansioni

• Keep requisition workflows moving from posting to closure following approved processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment stages in Workday and other systems.
• Flag delays and ensure timely approvals and documentation.
• Coordinate interviews across countries and arrange panels and virtual meetings.
• Keep candidates and interviewers informed about schedules and next steps.
• Follow up on interview feedback and outstanding actions to maintain momentum.
• Provide language-supported inquiries and communications for assigned markets.
