Two Connect is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage recruitment across APAC on a work-from-home basis. You will partner with hiring managers, publish ads, screen applicants and coordinate interviews to build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will support onboarding, compliance and reporting, ensuring timely updates and effective stakeholder communication across multiple functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
Understanding of APAC recruitment practices and compliance.
Experience coordinating multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Experience advertising roles, screening applications and coordinating interviews.
Experience using ATS/HR systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilités

Collaborate with hiring managers to confirm vacancy requirements and timelines.
Publish job adverts across platforms and sourcing channels.
Review applications and shortlist candidates against requirements.
Conduct initial telephone screenings and coordinate interviews.
Coordinate references, offers, contracts and onboarding documentation.
Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and comply with privacy requirements.
Support recruitment campaigns and candidate outreach across APAC.
Provide regular updates on vacancy status and escalation of risks.
